Structure of an amorphous polymer electrolyte, poly(ethylene oxide)3:LiCF3SO3

Abstract

The amorphous phase formed on melting the crystalline polymer electrolyte PEO 3 :LiCF 3 SO 3 has a short-range structure in which all of the lithium ions are located within the poly(ethylene oxide) helix.
