Hydrothermal synthesis of the complex fluorides LiBaF3 and KMgF3 with perovskite structures under mild conditions

Abstract

The complex fluorides, LiBaF3 and KMgF3, which are isostructural with perovskite phases, are hydrothermally synthesized at 120–240 °C and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, IR spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.
