The tuning of binding properties via the change in cavity size of unsaturated palladium trinuclear clusters

Abstract

An increase in cavity size is achieved by using dpam instead of dppm(As instead of P) in the [Pd3(dpam)3(CO)]2+ cluster host, which results in an increase in binding constants with various neutral and anionic substrates.
