‘Porphyrin–phenothiazine’ hybrid molecules: marked dependence of light induced nuclease activity on the linker moiety

Abstract

Porphyrin–phenothiazine hybrid molecules have been synthesized for the first time and their right induced DNA cleavage activity, as a function of linker group, has been evaluated.
