Study of analytical performance of a low-powered microwave plasma torch in atomic emission spectrometry

Abstract

The analytical performance of a low-powered argon microwave plasma torch (MPT) in atomic emission spectrometry (AES) was evaluated experimentally. The results indicated that low-powered Ar MPT-AES is a promising technique for elemental analysis.
