Immobilised, activated peptides as reagents for cyclic and derivatised peptide libraries

Abstract

Cyclic peptides have been synthesised from an immobilised, activated intermediate, where activation of the immobilised peptide is carried out with the Nα-protecting group intact, its subsequent removal leading to cyclisation.
