Estimation of 31P–1H and 1H–1H vicinal coupling constants along the DNA backbone by 2D HELCO measurements

Abstract

An accurate method for simultaneous estimation of 31P–1H and 1H–1H vicinal coupling constants along the backbone of DNA fragments is described using the two-dimensional heteronuclear long-range correlation (2D HELCO) experiment.
