An X-ray crystallographic analysis of a (BEDT-TTF)2C60 charge-transfer complex

Abstract

An X-ray crystallographic analysis of a (BEDT-TTF)2C60 CT complex reveals that C60 molecules are sandwiched by BEDT-TTF and their librational motion is suppressed sufficiently at 150 K to show distinctive bond alternation.
