Kinetics of binding of DNA nucleotides to antitumour type complexes

Abstract

The binding of DNA nucleotides to a platinum group metal complex concomitantly through the purine/pyrimidine ring and phosphate residue sites is described for the first time by a unified rate low based on the results of a comprehensive kinetic study.
