Structure of La0.8Sr0.2CuO2.64. Powder neutron diffraction on very small sample volumes

Abstract

The structure of La0.8Sr0.2CuO2.64 has been determined from a 5 mm3 sample volume using powder neutron diffraction. The compound crystallises with an oxygen-deficient rhombohedral LaCuO3 structure.
