X-Ray crystal structure of a triazine adduct of dimethylzinc: an important precursor for the deposition of II/VI materials

Abstract

Adducts of the triazine 1,3,5-trimethylhexahydro-1,3,5-triazine with dimethylzinc and dimethylcadmium, (CH3)2M({CH2NMe}3)2, have been prepared. The dimethylzinc adduct had been characterized by single-crystal X-ray methods. These compounds are useful precursors for the deposition of II/VI materials.
