Chiral (η6-arene)chromium complexes as catalysts for the enantioselective addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde

Abstract

Chiral (η6-1,2-disubstituted arene)chromium complexes possessing amino and hydroxy groups catalyse the addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde with highly enantioselective induction.
