Tensammetric determination of phospholipids in batch and flow injection systems
Abstract
The adsorption of some biochemically important electroinactive phospholipids at mercury electrodes was studied in batch and flow injection (Fl) systems. The phospholipids were detected tensammetrically in amounts ranging from 0.5 to 5 µg using Fl. The influence of various experimental parameters on the tensammetric behaviour of these compounds is described.
