Chronopotentiometry at a tubular graphite electrode. Part 2. Experimental verification of theoretical results

Abstract

The dependence of transition time on various electrode parameters such as the velocity of the solution flowing through the electrode, the initial concentration of the depolariser and the ratio of the limiting diffusion current and the applied current has been studied by oxidising potassium hexacyanoferrate(II), o-dianisidine and potassium iodide. Close agreement between the theory and the experimental results obtained was observed.
