EXAFS determination of the structure of basic zinc OO-di-n-butyl phosphorodithioate

Abstract

The structure of basic zinc OO-di-n-butyl phosphorodithioate has been shown, by extended X-ray absorption fine structure studies, to contain four zinc atoms forming a tetrahedron with an oxygen atom at its centre; this structure is markedly different from that of the neutral solid, confirming an earlier proposal.
