Abstract

A Crystal Structure Determination for Tyr-D-Nle-Gly-Phe-NleS [NleS = MeCH2CH2CH2CH(NH2)SO3H] provides two examples of a 2′-β-bend conformation for a biologically active, synthetic enkephalin analogue.
