Regiospecific radiofluorination of arylpentafluorosilicates as a general route to 18F-labelled aryl fluorides

Abstract

Radiofluorinations of potassium arylpentafluorosilicates, K2[RSiF5], with 18F-labelled acetyl hypofluorite in acetic acid give 18F-labelled aryl fluorides in 6–20% yield.
