The gelation behaviour of aluminosilicate solutions containing Na+, K+, Cs+, and Me4N+

Abstract

The rate of gelation of aluminosilicate solutions depends on the cation present; solutions containing Na+, K+, Cs+, and Me4N+ have been investigated, and some n.m.r. evidence is presented.
