The radical cation of stannane: an electron spin resonance study

Abstract

The cations SnH4+, prepared by exposing dilute solutions of SnH4 in Freon to 60Co γ-rays, are formed in two conformations having C2v and C3v symmetries, the latter being the more stable form.
