Different orbitals for different spins and the floating spherical gaussian orbital model. DODS–FSGO

Abstract

The method of different orbitals for different spins is described for closed-shell systems within the context of the floating spherical Gaussian orbital method, the DODS-FSGO model. An explicit expression for the dipole moment vector is derived. Results for some simple two-and four-electron systems are described.
