Osmotic and activity coefficients of aqueous solutions of sodium tetraphenylboron at 0 and 25 °C

Abstract

The osmotic coefficient of the solvent and the activity coefficient of the solute for aqueous solutions of sodium tetraphenylboron have been determined at 0 and 25 °C. The solute–solute interaction left after subtracting the Debye–Hückel contribution for the electrostatic forces indicates ion pairing.
