Natural abundance 13C–13C coupling constants for carbon connectivity pattern determination and n.m.r. spectral analysis: patchoulol

Abstract

Unambiguous 13C n.m.r. spectral analysis has been accomplished and the carbon connectivity pattern established for patchoulol (1) by the determination of all one-bond carbon–carbon coupling constants at natural abundance.
