Dynamic properties of molecular complexes and receptor–substrate complementarity. Molecular dynamics of macrotricyclic diammonium cryptates

Abstract

The correlation times of the diammonium cryptates of the macrotricyclic receptor molecules (1ad) describe the molecular dynamics of these complexes and indicate that complementarity (steric fit) is reflected in dynamic coupling (dynamic fit) between receptor and substrate.
