Longikaurin A and B; new, biologically active diterpenoids from Rabdosia longituba

Abstract

Chemical investigation of the biologically active substances of Rabdosia longituba led to the isolation of two new diterpenoids having an ent-kaurene skeleton, longikaurin A (1) and B (2), and their structures were established by spectroscopic and chemical data.
