Studies on the structure of chromomycin A3 by 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy
Abstract
The applications of various 1H and 13C n.m.r. spectroscopic techniques including 13C spin–lattice relaxation time studies has confirmed the gross structure of chromomycin A3 but has led to a revision of the nature of the glycosidic linkage between two of the sugar entities.
