Perfluoro-aza- and -diaza-cyclohexadiene derivatives

Abstract

Fluorinations of perfluoroalkyl-pyridines, -pyrimidines, or -pyrazines with CoF3–CaF2 give good yields of the corresponding cyclic aza- or diaza-dienes; perfluoroalkylpyridazines give products which involve loss of nitrogen.
