Quantitative analysis of active substances in liquid pharmaceutical preparations using high-performance liquid chromatography

Abstract

High-performance liquid chromatography has been applied to pharmaceutical preparations containing the active ingredients in aqueous, alcoholic or oily solution. A comparison is made of the high-performance liquid chromatographic method with gas and thin-layer chromatography.
