Application of polyamide resins to polypeptide synthesis: human β-endorphin

Abstract

The 31-residue, opiate-like polypeptide β-endorphin has been synthesised on a polydimethylacryl-amide-based solid support with direct solid-phase Edman degradation for analytical control.
