Double-bonded divalent silicon: ab-initio calculations on the species HSiN, HNSi, HCSiH, and H2CSi

Abstract

Ab-initio calculations on the species HSiN, HNSi, HCSiH, and H2CSi suggest that multiple bonded silicon is more likely to be found in a divalent than in a quadrivalent state.
