‘Oxine’(8-hydroxyquinoline) as a reagent for protection of internucleotidic bonds in oligonucleotide synthesis
Abstract
The 8-quinolyl group was used as a protecting group for phosphates of internucleotidic bonds in the synthesis of oligothymidylates using the phosphotriester approach.
