Chiral and environmental fluorine non-equivalence in aminofluorophosphoranes
Abstract
Of the new aminofluorophosphoranes, PhPF3N-(H)CHMePh (1), BusPF3NHPri(2), PhPF3NHPri(3), and BusPF3NMe2(4), compounds (1) and (2) are diastereomeric owing to the presence of a chiral centre at carbon and a chiral axis along the N–P bond.
