Abstract

[H2Os3(CO)10] reacts with cyclohexa-1,3-diene (C6H8) to give [HOS3(CO)9C6H7] and [Os3(CO)10C6H8] and the X-ray structure of [HOs3(CO)9C6H7] is reported; butadiene (C4H6) reacts to give [OS3(CO)10C4H6].
