Multiple forms of p-trifluoromethylbenzenesulphonyl-α-chymotrypsin in solution

Abstract

19 F N.m.r. studies of p-trifluoromethylbenzenesulphonyl-α-chymotrypsin indicate that this protein exists in two distinct forms at both pH 3 and 7.
