The structure of the title compound was determined by the symbolic-addition direct method and refined by leastsquares to R 0·055. Crystals are monoclinic with a= 11·556(8), b= 12·004(8), c= 13·486(9)Å, β= 101·03(5), Z= 4, space group P21/n.
