Electron spin resonance study of halogenated aromatic cation-radicals

Abstract

Hyperfine splitting constants, McLachlan spin densities, and experimental line-width parameters are reported for some fluorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin and phenoxathin cation-radicals. The main differences between the spectra of the heterocycles are assigned to the influence of the heteroatoms.
