Heat capacity of nickel and cobalt tellurides

Abstract

Differential scanning calorimetry has been used to measure the heat capacities between 200 and 800 K of “Ni3Te2”, five compositions of the δ Ni–Te phase, four compositions of the β Co–Te phase and two compositions of the γ CoTe2+x phase.

Thermodynamic properties are given for the various phases.
