Intramolecular nuclear Overhauser effects in proton magnetic resonance spectra of proteins

Abstract

The observed negative nuclear Overhauser enhancements in the 1H n.m.r. spectra of lysozyme are used to obtain information about molecular motion which is compared to similar information obtained from measurements of spin-lattice relaxation times.
