Hydrolysis of tellurium hexafluoride

Abstract

The hydrolysis of tellurium hexafluoride produces the fluoro-orthotelluric acids, TeFn(OH)6–n, n= 1–4, which undergo complete hydrolysis to orthotelluric acid only over a long period of time.
