The adducts KrF2·TaF5 and KrF2·2MF5(M = Ta, Nb) have been prepared and their Raman spectra obtained at low temperature; 2KrF2·MF5 adducts were not isolated but possible evidence for Kr2F3+ in solution has been obtained.
