Variable temperature 13C nuclear magnetic resonance of dicyclopentadienyltricarbonyldirhodium

Abstract

The 13C n.m.r. chemical shifts of bridging and terminal carbonyl carbons in (π-C5H5)2Rh2(CO)3 have been established from 103Rh–13C coupling data at –80°; at 20° the spectrum shows rapid intramolecular interconversion of all carbonyl groups.
