Generalized treatment of alkanes. Part 2

Abstract

A novel procedure of treating explicitly steric interactions in isomeric alkanes is proposed in terms of primary-trigonal and secondary-trigonal interactions for the purpose of correlating and estimating enthalpies of formation. Extensions of this generalized treatment of alkanes (GTA) to physical equilibrium properties of fluids is outlined.
