Co-ordination of osazones to palladium(II)

Abstract

1 : 1 Adducts of osazones with PdCl2, Pd(L)Cl2, have been prepared and characterized. They undergo hydrogen chloride elimination to give dimers, Pd2(L–H)2Cl2, which contain PdII–N covalent bonds.
