The charge-transfer band in the ultraviolet spectrum of cyclopropyl ketones

Abstract

The charge-transfer band, predicted to occur in the ultraviolet spectrum of cyclopropyl ketones, is observed at about 180 nm, and has a molar extinction of ca. 4000.
