Boratropylium and boracyclopentadienyl ions in the mass spectra of aminoboranes

Abstract

Acyclic and cyclic derivatives of organoboranes, containing at least one boron–nitrogen bond, give peaks in their mass spectra assignable to the boratropylium and boracyclopentadienyl ions.
