1,2,3-Benzothiadiazoles. Part III. Nucleophilic substitution reactions in halogeno-1,2,3-benzothiadiazoles

Abstract

Nucleophilic substitution reactions have been carried out on a variety of mono- and di-halogeno-1,2,3-benzothiadiazoles. The products isolated vary with the nature of the nucleophile and also with both the halogen itself and its position of substitution on the ring.
