Crystal and molecular structure of (C5H5)2Ti(C6H5)2

Abstract

The two cyclopentadienyls in (C5H5)2Ti(C6H5)2 are π-bonded to titanium with a mean Ti–C distance of 2·31 (5)Å and the two phenyls are σ-bonded with Ti–C distance of 2·27 (1)Å.
