Reaction of 2-chloro-1,1,2-trifluorotriethylamine with cyclopropenonyl- and difluorocyclopropenyl-methanols caused cleavage of a cyclopropane bond and formation of an allenic acid fluoride and a pair of trifluoromethylallenes, respectively.
