Novel analgesics and molecular rearrangements in the morphine–thebaine group. Part XVII. Compounds related to the thebaine–maleic anhydride adduct

Abstract

A number of derivatives of the thebaine–maleic anhydride, thebaine–ethyl maleate, and thebaine–N-phenyl-maleimide adducts has been prepared. Some of the derivatives are potent morphine-like drugs.
