The electronic and vibrational spectra of the MnF62– ion

Abstract

The luminescence spectrum of solid K2MnF6 indicates that some of the bands in the apparently anomalous Raman spectrum reported for Cs2MnF6 are due to 2Eg4A2g phosphorescence.
