Stable arylcopper compounds containing 2-(dimethylamino)methyl or 2-methoxymethyl groups at the aryl nucleus

Abstract

Introduction of 2-(dimethylamino)methyl or 2-methoxymethyl groups at the aryl nucleus of phenyl-copper enhances the thermal, oxidative, and hydrolytic stability of the copper–carbon bond.
